The fitseniors class for the over-50s group designed to keep you flexible and strong, essential to our well being.
As we age we need to carefully monitor the effects exercise has on our bodies, whilst at the same time pushing ourselves to our personal limits of balance, stretch and strength.
With exercise we need to take into account the normal aches and pains of any stage in life as well as the possibility of deteriorating balance. All of these are factored into the fitseniors program.
If you have had surgery such as hip replacements, knee replacements, shoulder reconstructions or have any form of osteo arthritis, inform the physiotherapist so you can still attend the class.

Testimonials
“I am a golfer and have had one hip replaced and was expecting to have the second hip replaced as well. After attending Jane’s exercise classes I find I am getting less pain in my other hip and hope to be able to put off having the second one replaced.”

“I have been plagued by back pain for many years, but after attending Jane’s classes I now know what to do to both prevent and remedy incidents of pain. I was intrigued to find out that a strong pelvic floor helps my tummy muscles and in turn they give my back much needed support.”
