Pregnancy is such a unique time in your life, especially with your first baby. You will think back in years to come and remember those months with fondness. So don’t wish away the time and begin adapting to the new life that lies ahead. As you tune in to how your pregnancy is evolving, you will discover the need to make changes to daily routines. Jogging no longer feels right, brisk walking does. With the current heatwave maybe even that is out of the question. Slow down if this is what your body is telling you. Rest if you need to, do what you want when you want to, as soon all that will change.
